#BrewBoss Tips and Tricks Redneck Exhaust Hood 4 Step Mash Boil Detect

Brew Boss Tips and Tricks Redneck Exhaust Hood - 4 Step Mash Boil Detect
An easy to make and inexpensive #exhausthood for steam generated during #brewing. Use a horse feed galvanized bucket, a 4 inch inline exhaust fan (popular with green houses and pot farms!). Cut a 4" diameter hole in the bottom of the bucket with a hole saw and insert the blower through the hole. Retain on the inside with a 4" hose clamp. Attach 3 chains at 120 degrees apart into small holes drilled in the edge of the bucket. All three chains meet a a single chain link. Hang from the Brew-Boss brew stand which allows you to raise and lower the hood as needed. Discharge of the blower through vinyl hose terminated at a dryer vent that is vented to the outside.
