240 Volt Brew-Boss Electric Brewery Controller Version 3

Brew-Boss V3 electric brewing controller. This option is for those that already have a gas based brewing system and want to convert to the benefits of electric brewing or want to create their own electric brewery.

This newly designed controller replaces our previous controller. It includes the following features:

● Molded L6-30P Twist Lock Plug with 15’ power cord.
● L6-30R Receptacle for the heater. This allows longer length cables to be used for connecting to the heater.
● New 20 character x 4 line Backlit LCD provides more information on the Controller. Especially nice for fermentation mode.
● Integrated wifi radio for connection to the Brew-Boss Android tablet app.
● Front mounted outlet for the pump (controlled by app) and “always on” outlet for the tablet charger.
● Front mounted temperature probe jack.
● Can be wall mounted or simply placed on a table or work surface.
● Universal voltage (208-240VAC) works in most countries.
● Industrial lockable rotary master switch is front mounted for easier access.
● Custom designed DUAL SSR for reliable heater and pump operation.

The new V3 controller includes the following improvements over previous versions:

New 32-bit processor is faster and more powerful than previous versions
Robust WiFi integrated into the controller with easier configuration for home and office networks
Automatic firmware updates over the web when controller connected to internet
Added a rotary input switch that allows users to:

• - Manually control brewing functions right on the controller
• - Control fermentation
• - Brew without the need for the companion Android App
• - Set temperature setpoints for the controller to hold automatically

• - Control and Configure the Hops-Boss and Accu-Fill devices
• - Set brewing parameters

New accessory port that allows the Hops-Boss and Accu-Fill devices to be plugged in and automatically recognized by the controller.

The controller is universal for all countries that have 208-240 volt power. No separate 120 volt input is required for the USA when used with our new universal voltage DC pumps. (Note, this controller only works with 208-240 volt pumps!). The new controller also has a dedicated always on 240 volt receptacle for powering/charging the tablet! If you want to use the controller with a 120 volt pump, you will need to purchase an appropriately sized transformer device to step the voltage down for your pump. We recommend this unit or similar.

This controller requires a 208-240 Volt 30 Amp circuit with a GFI breaker installed to operate. A digital temperature probe is included with this controller. The controller is shipped with a L6-30R twist lock receptacle for a heater that mates to the Brew-Boss integrated elements. If you have a different heater, you can simply add a L6-30P plug to your heater. The L6-30R connector provided also matches the Blichmann Engineering Boil-Coil.

Quarter Party Tabletop Cornhole Game

This is the most awesome party game for groups of people like parents and players of traveling sports teams.

We find that this game is the first thing we pack when packing for our team overnights. Our daughter is a club volleyball player and we travel nationally for tournaments and end up in hotels with the other player's parents with nothing to do. Each year she may switch teams so we end up needing to get acquainted with an entirely new group of players and parents. This game is a real ice breaker. Everyone loves it and request we bring it to every tournament. We tried the similar wooden games on the market and, because they don't hold up well over time, we decided to invest in the vacuum forming tooling to make our own improved version. All our parents asked us for one, so we decided to make them available to everyone.

Although similar in looks to a traditional cornhole game, we've changed the rules to make it much more lively and action packed. It is played on a table top with players seated around the perimeter of the table. It makes an excellent drinking game as well as a betting game. It can be played by as few as 2 players and up to as many as 20+ players.

Each player has their own coin (US quarter is best, but nickles and dimes work as well). If you are playing for money prizes, every player places the appropriate anti into a kitty cup. We usually have each player put a quarter in the cup. The winner of the round will ultimately receive the entire contents of the kitty cup.

The game is started by selecting two starting players on opposite sides of the table (same number of people separating them on both sides from one another). One of the starting players is usually the winner of the last round. This is such a fun game that you will find you play many rounds! Each of the starting players is presented with one of the Quarter Party game boards.

Someone yells out "Quarter Party" and the two starting players with the game boards begin trying to get their coin into the hole on the game board. The player plays by bouncing the coin off the table so that it lands ideally in the hole on the game board. The players can only use their own quarter to play and must retrieve it wherever it lands after each unsuccessful attempt. A side twist if it is a drinking game as well is to require that the player drink from their beverage before continuing play! Once a player is successful in getting their coin into the hole on the game board, he/she passes the game board to the player on their left (clockwise around table).

The goal is to catch the other game board, so getting your coin into the hole as quickly as possible keeps you in the game. If a player makes the shot and the player on their left is still trying, he/she places the game board on top of the player's game board that is still trying. The player that got caught is now out of the game.

Play is resumed by starting again with the game boards distributed to players on opposite sides of the table with equal number of other players between them. The player that just took another player out is one of the starting players. If there are an odd number of remaining players, the player that just took another player out gets the advantage and will have fewer players to his/her left than the other player.

Play continues until only two players are left and they battle it out head to head. The winner gets the contents of the kitty cup!

It also dents easily and becomes blemished and the varnish on some models becomes sticky from beverages consumed during play!. We fabricated this game out of strong textured plastic to give the best play dynamics. The plastic boards are molded and nest easily for packing and are very light weight.

We've found that 2 boards are good for up to 10 players. If you will have more players than that, you may want to introduce a third and even a fourth board into the game. Remove game boards as appropriate as the number of remaining players is reduced. This item includes 2 playing boards.

Fill-Boss is the first "Automated" counter pressure bottle filler that is affordable enough to be purchased by home brewers but strong and fast enough to be used by nano and micro brewery operations as well. It is built like a tank from laser cut and formed 12 gauge 304 stainless steel. Fill-Boss is microprocessor controlled, so it fills bottles and growlers to exactly the right level every time, just by pressing one button! There are several connection options to allow you to use the Fill-Boss with various beverage vessels. The Fill-Boss requires two connections, one for the CO2 (gas) supply and the other for the beverage. It is important that the pressure on the gas line match the pressure in the beverage vessel.

We have standardized on the Ball-Lock type connectors for the Fill-Boss as they are quick connect/disconnect and are self sealing with integrated valves (See Ball-Lock Post Adapters Option Below). We also offer a Multi-Filler Kit that allows up to 4 Fill-Boss Fillers to be ganged off a common source. Most commercial operations have from 2 to 4 fillers ganged together to increase production. We have found that we can fill about 2 cases of standard 12 ounce bottles in 20-30 minutes with 2 people and two fillers. One person fills and the other caps, labels, wipes, and places in case. We have a customer filling 22 ounce bomber bottles and they report being able to do 1 case (12 bottles) every 10 minutes with 2 fillers and 2 people.
